PS -- STRIPPING REALITY: What Reality TV Won’t Show You.

brASS: Brown RadicalAss Burlesque brazenly brings audiences Reality not suitable for TV with this multi-media theatrical extravaganza!  "Stripping Reality" is the real world revealed -- through sexy, subversive burlesque that examines, disrupts, and strips it ALL down...

brASS: Brown RadicalAss Burlesqus a new company lead by nationally and internationally touring and award-winning performers Miss AuroraBoobRealis, exHOTic other, and sister selva. brASS is a multi disciplinary performance troupe from NYC that uses their unique perspectives as women of color as a lens to the myriad of issues they are faced with in society. Through celebrations of their politicized bodies, they are making politics sexy and empowering audiences to value their own stories and use their creativity towards collective action. They encourage a disruption of passive consumption of art and wish to focus their performance as an instrument to re-imagine our society.
